All our products are made to order and operate on a 28 day lead time. Depending on workload this may be longer or shorter, but we will inform you of the ammended time.

As we are a UK based company, please allow an extra 3-4 days for delivery to Asia or the Americas.

When a product is shipped, an email will be sent to you detailing a consignment number and a URL that you can use to track the location of the item.

Should an error be made on our part and you receive the wrong goods, we will arrange a collection and get the correct item to you as soon as possible.

If the goods arrive damaged you should inform us within 14 days of delivery, we will then arrange a collection and ship a new product to you.
